As I would prefer to talk to you in person please leave your name and telephone number so i can return your call within 24 hours. I am happy to work with any pictures you have found, colour of dresses and wedding themes so as to get a better understanding what you would like.

Please order in plenty of time so that so that your order isn't rushed, this ensures your wedding flowers are of the highest standard possible.

PAYMENT

I require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total order as soon as the order
is confirmed in writing/email.

Payment in full 4 weeks before agreed delivery date

Terms and Conditions

1) By confirming an order, the purchaser declares to accept the terms and conditions of sale.

2) Sunnyside Flowers has the right to amend (without notice) any products or materials as shown on the website.

3) The person purchasing the goods from Sunnyside Flowers is responsible for ensuring the details provided are correct. Sunnyside Flowers will not accept responsibility for any items delivered incorrectly it if transpires any details were not entered correctly at the time of booking.

4) All orders must be secured by paying the agreed deposit.

5) Deposits paid are non-refundable

6) All orders are subject to postage and packing cost

7) Delivery can be to an alternate address only if Sunnyside Flowers are informed in writing at time of full payment.

8) Full Payment must be made 4 weeks before delivery date

9) Sunnyside Flowers will undertake to deal with any complaint or dispute as quickly as possible.
